Creating an Account

  1. Click the “Sign In” button in the upper-right hand corner.
  2. Select the “Create Account” tab in the sign-in window.
  3. Create a user name, enter your email, and set a password
  4. Click “create account.”

This has created your free account

Purchasing a Conference Event

  1. Make sure that you are logged in to
  2. On the Home Page of, scroll down to the section titled “live events”
  3. Click on the event of your choice.
  4. Select any session.
  5. You will be prompted to purchase access to the conference. This is access to all sessions of the conference.
  6. Follow purchase instructions.
  7. After entering Name/Address/Credit card details, select “Pay” (note, if you can’t see this button, your browser screen is zoomed in too far. Select “view” in your browsers tool bar > zoom out until you can see the “Pay” button)

Watching a Conference Event

Pick a Session to Watch

You can navigate to the conference event from the home screen of, or follow these steps…

  1. Make sure you are logged in to
  2. Click on “Purchases” in the main navigation bar.
  3. You will see all conferences that you have purchased access to. Click on whichever one you would like to watch.
  4. Select which session you would like to watch. All sessions are being recorded for you to watch at your convenience, so even if you’ve missed a session, you can go back and watch it later!
